Every meal in this 4 and a half star restaurant at the Atrium Hotel in Mainz has a surprise in store for you. The restaurant offers a combination of culinary creations and cultural treats which will make your evening entertaining and enjoyable. For example, you can have cherry liqueur-flavoured chestnut soup, a carpaccio of calf fillet roasted with coffee and chilli - served with tuna fish tartare with caper mousse - or breast of goose and goose leg confit served with juice made from quinces and honey. Alternatively, try the Spitzkraut (pointed white cabbage) served with champagne and sweet potato puree. For dessert why not go for the chocolate parfait with orange or the gingersnaps with kumquat compote? You can have a 4-course meal for 58 EUR or a 3-course meal for 52, 49 or 45 EUR.
