Aubergine serves Mediterranean inspired food based on first class ingredients. The kitchen tries to choose locally produced ingredients as far as possible and strives to give the guests a flavourful and enjoyable experience. The atmosphere is warm and open, both at the bar and in the dining room. The bar has a reduced menu of around ten dishes; in the dining room there’s a wider selection of meat and fish dishes as well as a long wine list with bottles from all over the world.
