The Backstüble accommodates 40 diners and is situated at the Hotel Stadt Coburg in Coburg. The restaurant offers traditional grilled Franconian specialities as well as Mediterranean dishes. The Backstüble prides itself on genuine and honest craftsmanship when it comes to preparing the food. The chef only uses selected local products and all dishes are freshly prepared and served. The wine list includes prime Franconian wines. In the summer you can also dine out on the terrace.
