Since 1995, BÃ¸lgen & Moi has been a popular name renowned for quality cuisine. The restaurant chain has a full-service Brasserie on the exclusive Tjuvholmen promontory, part of Aker Brygge, with a modern interior decor and wonderful waterfront outdoor seating. The restaurant chefs showcase the unique ingredients which each season brings - always leaving room for spontaneity. Modern, international Ã la carte and 3-5 course meal of the day. Full range Ã la carte lunch menu including light dishes to 3-course business lunches. Breakfast Monday to Friday. Great outdoors seating on the waterfront.
