Brasserie Stuket is an authentic local restaurant in the Södermalm district of Stockholm. Here you’ll find a relaxed, cosy atmosphere, which makes you feel at home. The kitchen prepares both Mediterranean inspired dishes and traditional Swedish home cooking. Choose from delights such as: smoked salmon and horseradish cheesecake; the house’s bouillabaisse with salmon, cod, giant clam, prawns and scampi; and “plank steak” (fillet of beef served on a wooden platter) with duchesse potato, béarnaise, green beans wrapped in bacon and grilled tomato and served with aioli. All dishes are prepared using high quality fresh ingredients.
