Formerly Bertolt Brecht’s happy hunting ground known as the Trichter, this is a restaurant for enjoying the relaxed atmosphere with a glass of wine and getting swept away by luxurious pleasures. We’re open to new ideas, but at the same time don’t want to completely neglect the past - that’s the attitude of Dennis NÃ¶renberg, head chef at the Brecht since March 2008 and previously at the Adlon and the gourmet restaurant, the Imperial der BÃ¼hler HÃ¶he. The menu combines tradition and modernity in a unique style - diners can enjoy tasty, light food that is at the same time diverse and varied.
