The Chagall restaurant and winery in Ahlen was once an Ackerbürgerhaus. The house has been very carefully restored thanks to Theodor F. Leifeld, the founder of the neighbouring museum. It is true to the original style and yet has modern décor with a traditional half-timbered feel. The Chagall also has a garden terrace which is ideal for warm sunny days and offers a view of the art museum’s garden with its sculptures. The Chagall serves a wide range of culinary delights. It offers a seasonal menu as well as multi-course menus and up-market buffets. You can have a three-course meal from 29 EUR. The wine store also offers special wine tasting events. The Chagall can cater for events for up to 700 people.
