Enjoy a live “Big Band” experience with fine dining and dancing at The Carlyle Club, offering a large stage and dance floor with an art deco look, accompanied by a lively atmosphere and efficient service. Open for lunch and dinner, as well as offering a set dinner menu for the major shows, the lunch menu features a range of appetizers, entrees and a choice of nine salads, as well as six hot and cold sandwiches. Meanwhile the dinner menu includes classic dishes such as Shrimp Cocktail, Oysters Rockefeller, Filet Mignon and Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes. Signature entrees such as The Carlyle Cowboy Steak, a 22oz Bone in Rib Eye Steak with Jack Daniel Chive Butter and Firecracker Onions are also popular.
