The chimÃº were an Indian tribe that lived in Peru from about 1200 to 1470 AD. They were highly talented artisans. An extraordinary setting has been created in this restaurant using natural materials to reflect the style of the tribe’s living environment and their talents. The staff, which has been working well together for years, cooks authentic cuisine conveying a delicious impression of South America Ã¢â‚¬Â¦ Chilean corn quiche (Pastel de Choclo), lomo chimÃº, ceviche (raw marinated fish fillet) or mole poblano (turkey in chocolate sauce).
