The modern European Set Menu, ranging from £29 per person to £32.50, uses seasonal local ingredients. Spring and Summer Starters include Melon with Strawberry Soup followed by mains such as Roast Sirloin of Local Beef. There are also some refreshingly different vegetarian options including a Vegetable Roulade on a Bean Cassoulet with Vegetable Crisps. The Autumn and Winter menu reflects richer fare such as Hot Flaked Smoked Salmon followed by Medallions of Pork with a Cider and Calvados Sauce finishing with an Orange Bread and Butter Pudding.
