The founder, being a native of the City of New Orleans and growing up in the deep south; and because of his many years of working within the American sector of restaurants both in New Orleans and abroad here in England within various “American Themed” restaurants; he decided that it was time for ya’ll to share in his passion for real homecooked cajun food and basking in the feeling of sharing with all of you a true “’Cajun New Orleans Experience’” which can’t be found anywhere else except in the City of New Orleans itself!

He has created the most authentic Cajun and Creole menu in all of the UK,cooking it just like his mom and grandmothers taught him while growing up in the deep south, serving such classic New Orlean’s dishes as Seafood Gumbo, Jambalaya, Rajun Cajun Crab cakes and even Red Beans and Rice!

His Dixieland/Soul Food dishes including southern fried Catfish, skillet cornbread and BBQ Ribs & Chicken will certainly tempt your pallet.
