Gaby Schwarz and Oliver Ahlborn have set themselves the goal of concentrating on a snazzy menu with market fresh, classic-modern dishes with a Mediterranean and Asiatic slant. Whether you want to spare the calories Maria Callas style and try her favourite Carpaccio dish created in Venice, or tuck into something a little meatier such as a fallow deer ragout: the choice is yours at Diva. There is also a reasonably priced lunch menu and a bar for a post-dinner cocktail. The beautifully furnished restaurant provides a feast for the eyes too: red is the dominent colour, creating a nice, warm atmosphere. The Diva also hosts regular cultural events and exhibitions.
