The Iaccarino family property dates back to the late 1800s, but has been carefully restored in the Liberty style. The cuisine is based on three principles: Mediterranean culture, innovation and top quality ingredients, mainly sourced from the family farm “Le Peracciole”. The wine cellar, built in 25-metre deep volcanic rock from the Oscan-Roman period, stocks the most prestigious wines in the world.
