Located in the Posada Real de la Casa del Abad Hotel, El Aramol was awarded a Michelin star in 2005, which it maintained for the following two years.

The restaurant is based in the old cellar and press of the residence of the Abbot (Abad) of the collegiate church of St Michael of Ampudia and is decorated with elements of cutting-edge 17th century technology.

At El Aramol the emphasis is on combining colours, aromas and flavours. Seasonal ingredients are meticulously selected and carefully prepared, combining tradition with original cuisine to offer unique taste and texture combinations.
