The Patio de los Perfumes in Marbella is always a pleasant surprise for visitors. At the entrance to the restaurant is a bar offering tapas and aperitifs, which continues into an Andalusian patio where diners can eat and enjoy the flamenco show. The French chef cooks creative and exquisitely presented Mediterranean cuisine. Options include grilled foie gras with caramelised apple, warm goat’s cheese with a Malaga wine reduction or salmon “en papillote” with rosemary, tomatoes, wild mushrooms and Jaén olive oil. There is also an excellent wine list.
