The Holzinger is a popular restaurant based in the Flairhotel Hopfengarten in Miltenberg in the region of Mainviereck. The chef Mario Holzinger prepares very creative cuisine which his guests find delicious. The restaurant is cosy and stylish and the service is attentive. The menu is tempting and offers seasonal specialities. A lot of expertise has gone into compiling the wine list which offers a selection of excellent wines from the family-owned Otto Knapp vineyard.
