| German Restaurant Intensely pleasurable moments through the use of creative menus ? this is the fundamental belief at the Frühsammers restaurant, Berlin. Hostess, Sonja Frühsammer, reigns in the kitchen. She uses exclusively fresh produce for her creative pleasure. He looks after his guests with exceptional trout, smoked in-house, with horseradish and green salad, short rib and entrecote of Angus beef with port wine tortellini and scoops of Gatower ice cream, or coffee and nibbles with eggnog. For lunch, the Frühsammers offers two quick self service lunch counters, and a lunch menu, and for connoisseurs there is also a lunch time gourmet menu. In the evening, guests are welcomed with the country house menu, gourmet menu, or a 12 course taster menu. When choosing a wine, guests can revert to the impressive wine menu, which offers a choice of around 800 wines, with a broad range of them originating from either Germany, or Spain.
