Gambrinus is the lively Bistro. Here, honest, tasty, uncomplicated food is served. Unpretentious, but with a quality that rivals most. Organic, local produce. Creatively prepared food. This is food that you recognize, where taste, smell and presentation are combined in rustic meals that warm the heart and delight the palate.
Gambrinus is the part of Grand where one pops in for lunch or after work and grabs something to eat, on your own or with friends. Here, the relaxed bar atmosphere can easily be combined with a quiet meal at one of the set tables.
Gambrinus presents an updated menu, in which popular ?Grand classics? such as our grandiose prawn sandwich and Sten Bromans whisky meatballs have kept their well deserved place, however with a modern twist. The sandwich bread has been replaced with sour-dough bread and the cucumber is organically certified. One could say ?Grand classics 2.0?. The classics have been complemented with new dishes, created by our Head chef, Martin Hansen. In Gambrinus the menu is ever changing to reflect seasonal variation.
