Situated in the centre of Hamburg’s Eppendorf district, the Gandhi welcomes diners with its warm colours and cosy atmosphere. Its traditional Indian décor gives the restaurant an authentic Indian feel. Only fresh ingredients such as ginger, garlic, coriander and mint and homemade cheese are used to prepare the dishes, and most of these are organic. Flavour enhancers do not get a look-in, and there is no beef on the menu.
