Big Flavours, small plates, Big grills, Bar dining... One of the best known venues in Brighton & Hove, MARKET is all about showcasing the very best of Sussex in a vibrant and fast paced environment. The main menu touches on the cultures and foods of the Mediterranean rim with a British slant and is served in a tapas style at an open kitchen bar. The grill section is very much more USA and the diner style seating is a perfect fit. Sharing is very much a theme at MARKET but at weekends the MARKET Brunch and Sunday roasts definitely aren’t!! If you require a table please book well in advance as limited space is available.
