Handelsman Flink lies on Ã„ngÃ¶n, in the middle of the beautiful west coast archipelago. You can enjoy excellent fresh fish and shellfish whilst taking in the view and feeling the sea breeze in your hair. The chefs use fish from the Gothenburg area, with oysters and mussels from MollÃ¶sund and meat from local suppliers with a high standard of animal husbandry. Even the herbs are homegrown or come from local suppliers. Flink’s local pilsner is recommended to accompany your meal. You’ll be hard pressed to find a more idyllic restaurant than this one.
