Saturday 7am-1pm | Fishmonger, Butcher We are the oldest established Fishmongers/Gamedealers in Norwich (1889) supplying an extensive range of Fish, Shellfish, Smoked Fish, Seafood, Game, Poultry and speciality foods. We prepare foods (i.e. scaling, filleting, bone removal and vacuum packing if required).
We use local foods according to season where possible, and from around the national coastline. We use Wester Ross Salmon which is acknowledged as RSPCA freedom food & Kosher. We use Smoked Haddock from Enderbys which has gained PGI status as a regional smoker using tradional smokehouse methods, as is our smoked salmon from Scotland.
Cromer Crabs, Samphire, Oysters & Kings Lynn Shellfish in the summer months, Mussels Oysters and Game in the winter months a speciality.
