Owners George and Einar Fuchs have set out to produce a delicious menu of seasonal comfort food all prepared using predominantly local Welsh ingredients. The menu showcases some truly mouth-watering dishes such as the Welsh Red Dragon Mustarded Sirloin Steak, Brecon Beacon Venison Haunch, braised in juniper berry sauce, and Pan Seared Sea Bass Fillet.
