Enjoy the selection of good traditional German cuisine and do not miss out on a tour of the vault where you can sample some of the fine wine on offer. The restaurant, which is situated at the edge of Rheinhessen, presents a menu that is regularly updated with a selection of 3 or 4-course meals and exquisite a la carte dishes. Classics include the Winzerpfännchen (a pork casserole) with marinated strips of pork in mustard sauce, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
