La Vida ? Life, or as the Spanish might say, The Good Life. This was the motto chosen by this à la carte restaurant. With its light and airy conservatory, you can see why the restaurant is called what it is. It is a place of enjoyment. The restaurant is passionate about cooking and committed to using fresh seasonal ingredients straight from the Harz Mountains. It only uses fresh ingredients - locally grown and seasonal fruit and vegetables, locally sourced meat and fish from the Harz. The chefs have a real understanding of spices and cooking times. More exotic produce from more distant places, seafood, tropical fruit and special meat products are sourced only from certified dealers. These goods are then subject to very careful scrutiny. The market and the seasons determine what is on the menu.
