Located in the atrium of the hotel, classic French Brasserie cuisine awaits at the relaxed La Brasserie. The chef, Diego Amat, who received the award for Best Tapas Restaurant in Spain in 2001, will concoct flavoursome and colourful cuisine. Many iconic Spanish dishes are served, along with an impressive wine list. During summer, enjoy the terrace with its regular barbecues, consisting of mixed grills baked in a wood-fired oven, tapas, paellas, salads and more. In the lounge, enjoy Champagne, cocktails, fine wines and music. Brunch is served on Sunday, and an event evening takes place on Thursday, where guests can enjoy music, tapas, champagne and cocktails.
