Conveniently bordering the upper Bergstrasse, the Markou bar and restaurant is perfectly suited for a relaxed, romantic dinner during the evening, under the roof of this converted barn. The decor features timber cladding on one side and more contemporary elements on the other, and you can also sit in the lovely courtyard. There is a wide variety of drinks available, but if you fancy something a little extra, then you can order from the extensive and varied menu which caters for every taste. Traditionalists can choose the Wiener Schnitzel, meat lovers a steak, and the more exotically inclined could go for the Virgin Island Kebab in a curry sauce. The prices do not break the bank and the service is very friendly. A rich programme of events is also held regularly.
