Nalen Restaurang is on the corner of the Nalen building and fits in naturally with the other activities on offer, which include a concert hall, party venue and conference facilities. Having a bite to eat before or after a concert is a part of the evening for many guests. Nalen believes that good food doesn’t have to be expensive. Try their halibut fried with shellfish and served with roasted garlic; or their horseradish zabaglione or their mashed potato with smoked prawns.
