A modern fish restaurant along Amsterdam’s water. Nevy is all about the fruits de mer flavours, in the broadest sense of the word. Nevy’s menu includes both traditional French bouillabaisse, as well as the Moroccan fish tajine. Just like you would see in a traditional fish restaurant, but then in current, modern times. References are made to the classic, old market halls, as you would still regularly see in France. Clear colours, lots of marble, transparency through the many windows and the expansive view across the IJ all ensure this atmosphere is effectively created.
