From its modest beginnings, Nora’s Cuisine has expanded over the years to become one of Las Vegas’ hottest local restaurants, serving delicious Italian cuisine to hundreds of satisfied diners every day. Originally opened by Gino and Nora Mauro in 1991, this family-run restaurant has continued to emphasise the Mauro tradition of warmth and hospitality, combined with the great taste of authentic family recipes. It is this philosophy which has established Nora’s as one of the best dining experiences in Las Vegas. The menu features a range of unique specialities and is frequently changing to offer guests a selection of new and exciting dishes. Some of the most popular culinary highlights include the “Crazy” Alfredo - the classic fettuccine piled with chicken, sausage, jumbo shrimp, mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers and jalapenos - and the Pork Tenderloin alla Siciliana, served breaded and roasted, alongside roasted baby red potatoes and tomatoes.
