Watch chefs at work in the sweeping open plan kitchen, and enjoy dishes from the seasonally changing menu, like the chef’s fresh fish of the day. A children’s menu is also available. Listen to meats sizzle on the unique charcoal-fuelled Josper grill, or select from the range of colourful salads and tasty pasta dishes. Meats are of premium quality, including 100% British cuts sourced from Aubrey Allen, who won “Ethical Meat Supplier of the Year” 3 times. Pork, chicken and eggs are all free range, and beef is dry-aged on the bone for 21 days to tenderise the meat and intensify the flavour.
