It’s the Mediterranean in the middle of SkÃ¥ne. It’s Spain and Greece, it’s Italy, it’s the SkÃ¥ne town of Lomma with all the aromas, food and atmosphere of the Mediterranean. Outside the sea glitters and seagulls cry and from inside comes the call of cheeses, hams, pastas, tapenades, spit roasted lamb, roast potatoes and roast duck. There is a feeling of belonging, that wonderful homey feeling. The food is sourced locally in SkÃ¥ne and spiced with Mediterranean impulses such as olive oil from Italy or rapeseed oil from Österlen. The kitchen selects the best produce from farming, hunting and fishing combining the season’s early vegetables and soft ingredients with something crispy.
