Panamericana is named after the interconnecting network of trunk roads from Fairbanks/Alaska to Tierra del Fuego (Ushuaia/Argentina). The restaurant offers local specialities from the many countries which are situated on this road network. “Rodizio” is a particular Brazilian delicacy. Translated the words means “turnover”. A rodizio consists of large pieces of meat grilled on the campfire. Rodizio is really succulent and is served with tasty side dishes.
