A recently-launched vegetarian restaurant, La Suite West offers a tastefully-designed, contemporary setting and health-focused menu. From chic, alcohol-free “mocktails” to a meat-free menu and imaginative gluten-free choices, “RAW” is the new alternative lifestyle choice, open to both hotel guests and non-residents for all day dining. Breakfast is a combination of hassle-free choices: full English or continental breakfast, or a menu of a la carte options for a lighter start. Following breakfast, Head Chef Paolo Catalano has created a menu to surprise the senses, with theatrical and artistic elements weaved throughout.
