Listen to meats sizzle on the unique charcoal-fuelled Josper grill, or select from the range of colourful salads and tasty pasta dishes. The Red Lion is a member of the “Associazone Verace Pizza Napoletana”, which ensures that the ingredients we use and our cooking method conforms with the criteria of “The Real Neapolitan Pizza”. Meats are of premium quality, including 100% British cuts sourced from Aubrey Allen, who won “Ethical Meat Supplier of the Year” 3 times. Pork, chicken and eggs are all free range, and beef is dry-aged on the bone for 21 days to tenderise the meat and intensify the flavour. A fun children’s menu is served, and a range of dietary requirements can be accommodated.
