International Restaurant

Restaurang 1900’s aim is to embrace classic ingredients in order to create something unique. This is a modern Swedish restaurant which strikes the right balance between classic cooking and modern experimentalism. On weekdays there is a lunch menu, with dishes prepared using locally produced ingredients. The dinner menu features, for example: Norwegian salmon with bacon; halibut with seared pilgrim scallops; and 1900’s own versions of steak tartare and k?ldolme (Swedish stuffed cabbage rolls). The wine list is partly organic, with a focus on the old world. The bar also observes the restaurant’s principles by specialising in drinks created by pure flavours mixed with home-made syrup and fresh pur?es.
