The Fujiya is a Japanese hotel-restaurant situated between Zurich and Kloten offering guests typical Japanese cuisine. The restaurant has an authentic feel. In front of the guests Japanese cooks carve up king prawns, fry and garnish the beef with Asian vegetables and prepare sushi rolls. The Fujiya introduced the teppanyaki grill table establishing it as the first Japanese restaurant of its kind in Switzerland. The Fujiya offers a standard menu with dishes and multi-course menus, as well as set menus and takeaways which the diner can put together and order online for collection or delivery. Japanese specialities are also served with whiskey, wine and cocktails, if desired, at the hotel bar adjoining the restaurant.
