Austrian specialities include Wiener Schnitzel made from veal served with parsley potatoes, and apple strudel served with vanilla sauce and whipped cream. These feature on the menu alongside international dishes such as grilled salmon steak served with yellow and red rice and tomato salsa. The speciality of the house is a grilled t-bone veal steak with truffled potato puree, skewered vegetables and a light salsa sauce. Seasonal delicacies such as asparagus and mushrooms as well as game and a selection of ice creams offer variety.
