The Ringhotel Drees has Dortmund’s smallest beer garden where you can relax, socialise and enjoy the sunshine, and brighten up your day with ice cream, coffee and cakes and freshly baked waffles. In the evening you can drink a freshly tapped Dortmunder Pils and eat specialities from the grill. You can start the day with the breakfast buffet in the restaurant, and you can sign off with a candle-lit dinner in the evening. The cuisine is creative. The chef conjures up dishes based on German and international recipes using fresh seasonal ingredients. The lunch menu changes every day and offers reasonably priced food. The Drees restaurant has seating for 50 diners. There is seating for a further 50 in the Pilstube Alte Gasse which is part of the restaurant. The basement has a three-lane bowling alley. As mentioned, the beer garden is small but beautiful. It only has room for 20 guests.
