Restaurant Uno is a charming and authentic Italian restaurant on the cosy Gråbrødretorv square in the heart of Copenhagen. The menu presents variations of classic Italian dishes like spaghetti alle noci e rucola (spaghetti with fried walnuts, rocket and parmesan) and grigliata di pesce misto alla brace (large grilled fish platter) to the house specialty, arrosto di vitello (roast veal). The menu is accompanied by an extensive wine list, which takes you on an exquisite taste trip from Puglia in the south, via Abruzzo in the middle, to Piedmont in the north. Ristorante Uno is a great dining experience and very much worth a visit.
