Rolfs Kök has become something of a classic Stockholm restaurant. Businessmen, artists and brokers gather under one and the same roof to enjoy a warm and intimate atmosphere and international cuisine with some Swedish touches. The open kitchen prepares dishes such as: long flounder with lobster, green asparagus and lemon confit; Swedish entrecote with beef marrow, Dijon mustard, gratin of Jerusalem artichoke and herb salad. There’s an impressive list of wines to choose from to accompany the food.
