This castle on the banks of the Rhine looks spectacular with its fabulous views and its walls hewn out of the bare cliffs. There are four destinations from which to choose. You can enjoy haute cuisine in the castle restaurant and the view of the Lorely valley. Diners can sample local delicacies in the restaurant “Auf Scharffeneck” or in the urban Burgschänke (castle tavern). In 2011 the new gourmet restaurant “Silcher Stuben” has opened it’s doors. There is also something for those who are feeling a little peckish. De Backes, formerly the castle bakery, is now a pub with live TV football and a relaxed atmosphere. The Schloss Rheinfals also offers an excellent choice of venues for meetings and celebrations. The ambience is unforgettable.
