The last German Emperor dined here at the Schlosshotel Rheinsberg and both Angela Merkel and Jacques Chirac have enjoyed the gourmet cuisine in the restaurant which was completely renovated in 2003. The amazing bar dating back to the 1920’s was retained where guests can enjoy an impressive selection of malt whiskeys. The cuisine at the Schlosshotel meets the highest standards and offers a selection of international and local dishes creatively and sensitively prepared, with fish sourced from the neighbouring Mecklenburg lakeland area featuring high on the menu. A selection of fine wines from all over the world accompanies this gourmet dining experience. Conference rooms for up to 60 people are available to hire, featuring the latest technology. There are also cookery courses available for those who fancy trying out the delicious food from the Schlosshotel in their own home.
