The Somerton Lodge is a beautiful Victorian Hotel set within the idyllic backdrop of a leafy tree lined avenue. The Hotel is situated just a few hundred yards from Shanklin Old Village the Chine the town centre and the cliff lift down to the Esplanade. Far enough away to sit peacefully in its beautiful gardens yet only a short walk to everything Shanklin has to offer. The Hotel boasts 18 bedrooms 5 of which are conveniently situated on the ground floor. All bedrooms are centrally heated and offer en-suite shower rooms colour television hospitality tray and hair dryers. The Hotel also boasts a large car park at the rear of the Hotel. All communal rooms are tastefully decorated and sympathetic to the Victorian heritage of the hotel. The large spacious non-smoking dining room is the perfect place to enjoy a hearty Somerton Lodge breakfast or a quiet candlelit five course evening meal.
