We Say Tea Palace has an excellent range of artisan teas and infusions. The staff are knowledgeable and there’s an opportunity to taste several offerings if you visit the shop. Our favourite tea is the Dragon Phoenix Pearls tea, a light jasmine tea hand-rolled by skilled tea-makers, into its small pearl shape, which gently unfurls as it infuses.
