VÃ¤rdshuset LindgÃ¥rden is located in old Visby and seeks to serve dishes prepared with the finest ingredients from the island of Gotland. It’s also proud to be one of Sweden’s most beautiful garden restaurants. Choose between dishes such as: sole MeuniÃ¨re stuffed with shellfish; fillet of venison in Serrano ham; LindgÃ¥rden’s duck liver terrine on a bed of mÃ¢chÃ©e lettuce; and finish off the meal with, for example, LindgÃ¥rden’s mulberry parfait with almond crackers.
