Each morning the chef goes to the harbour to buy the best of each morning’s catch. Enjoy the light, modern cooking, maybe with a glass of wine. When darkness falls outside one will hear the sounds of the ocean and inside the fire will be burning. The milieu is perfect to create a desire for what is being prepared in the kitchen like fresh lobster, grilled scallop, wolf-fish, cod, or turbot.
