You can enjoy traditional Swedish home cooking in a relaxing and quiet atmosphere whilst seated under a beautiful vault built in 1633. The kitchen serves dishes such as tenderised beef; salmon tournedos stuffed with peppered cottage cheese; and rack of lamb with red wine and apple sauce flavoured with O. P. Andersson’s aquavit. Von Der Lindeska Valvet is suitable for both big occasions and small groups.
