Housed in the old bullfighting ring in Barcelona’s Plaza de España, the Watatsumi restaurant presents a range of traditional Japanese recipes with Mediterranean touches.

Considered to be one of the most outstanding representatives of Japanese cooking in Spain, the kitchen is headed by chef Angel Camacho. Trained at the Sapporo Cooking School, Angel is a specialist in yakitori, yakimeshi, sashimi and sushi.
