The menu focuses on light and fresh dishes. These capture local influences and are skilfully prepared using seasonal produce. The culinary calendar changes month by month bringing little highlights into play. The hotel is well equipped for conferences and events. It has five seminar rooms and three rooms which are suitable for group work.
